Library Access
Staff is available to aid students in locating library materials Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Other hours of availability can be scheduled by contacting Stefanie or Dr. Cover.

Borrowing Privileges
EWC students, staff, faculty are welcome to borrow materials from the EWC library.

Loan Period
Library materials for a period three (3) weeks except for textbooks. Current textbooks can be borrowed for one week with no renewals. Reference materials and Journals do not circulate. They may not be removed from the library at any time.

Renewals
Circulating materials may be renewed for an additional three weeks, as long as there are no other students on the waiting list for that item. Materials may be renewed in person or by e-mailing librarian@ewcollege.org

Lost or damaged items
The patron will be charge the replacement cost of the item, plus a $10.00 processing fee. Materials that are out of print or not replaceable will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine a fair market value.

Book Return
Library materials may be returned to the librarian, or at the Book Drop bin in the front lobby.

Journals
A wide collection of professional journals are available both in print and online.  Journals may not be borrowed or removed from the library. You may make copies of any article you need.

Computer Access
There are computers located in the library for student use. The computers may be used to search the library’s website and online catalog, to access health information, and for word processing. Students should bring a flash drive or cd on which to save their work, as personal work cannot be saved to the computers and is deleted.
